Disaster Resistance
Low-Risk location for natural disasters
The Otemachi district has been designated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government as an area with the lowest risk of building collapse and fires during an earthquake and does not require large-scale evacuations. The electricity, gas, and heat infrastructure were built with an emphasis on safety, making them strong against disasters and making quick recovery possible.
